Please join us! We invite you to participate in the 2025 Wisconsin Association of Hazardous Materials Responders (WAHMR) Conference.
The WAHMR Conference provides your company with a great marketing opportunity to get before industry decision-makers. You won't find a better opportunity to showcase your company and its products to the leading hazmat responders in Wisconsin.
The 2025 WAHMR Conference will be held March 5-6, 2024, at the Holiday Inn and Conference Center, 1001 Amber Ave. Stevens Point, WI.
Conference attendance is estimated at 200 participants from the various private and public Hazardous Materials Response Teams across the state of Wisconsin, including Hazmat Response Teams members, Firefighters, EMS Managers/First Responders, Counterterrorism, Industrial, Military, County/Tribal Emergency Management, etc.
Attendees will have time to view your exhibitions intermittently during the conference on Wednesday from 7:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m. and at our Network Reception at the end of Day 1 (5:00 - 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 5). Viewing time is also Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Be assured adequate client time will be available.
Vendor displays can be set up starting Tuesday, March 4 after 5:00 p.m. and breakdown must be completed by 3:00 pm on Thursday March 6. If you need to depart earlier than the scheduled finish of the conference, you may do so without penalty. The exhibiting area is located in the East Commons, outside the conference rooms. There will be some parking lot space allocated for any vendors who might bring demo HazMat vehicles and/or large equipment (upon request).
The Holiday Inn has rooms set aside for conference attendees including the vendors. Be sure to indicate to the hotel that you are attending the WAHMR Conference. The lodging room rate will be $90.00 plus tax per night (single occupancy), $114.00 plus tax per night (double occupancy). Booth Package: Each exhibiting company receives:
8’ x 10’ booth/floor space
One (1) skirted table, two chairs, with an electrical hookup (upon request).

Conference registration for the sessions are included for one exhibitor per booth.
Additional items (e.g., meals, conference attendance, and internet access – above the basic free Wi-Fi) are available for an extra charge.
Fees & Contract Terms
Costs: The vendor exhibition fee will be $400.00.
Preferred booth spaces will first be offered to our corporate sponsors, all booths available after our corporate sponsors have chosen their space will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
Payment: Exhibitors contracting exhibit space can pay online during registration
